This mousse reminds so much in flavor of mocha squares (chocolate cake with coffee glaze). You can't taste the tofu, at least I don't, and you can add sweetener to taste. I have eaten this mousse every day for two weeks now with my afternoon coffee :) Sometimes I top the mousse with fresh berries such as raspberries or strawberries. It's so freaking good! Hope you want to try it.
Mocha Mousse
200 g tofu, firm
2.5 tbsp fiber syrup (Sukrin)
3 tbsp coffee
2 tbsp peanut butter
2.5 tbsp cocoa powder
10 drops mocha flavdrops (Myprotein)
Mix all the ingredients with a hand blender or use a blender untill smooth. Add more liquid if necessary. Spoon the mousse into 4 cups/glasses and put in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Top with chopped peanuts and serve.
Mocka Mousse
200 g tofu, fast
2,5 msk fibersirap (Sukrin)
3 msk kaffe
2 msk jordnötssmör
2,5 msk kakaopulver
10 droppar mocha flavdrops (Myprotein)
Blanda alla ingredienser med en stavmixer eller använd en mixer tills slät. Tillsätt mer vätska om det behövs. Skeda moussen i 4 koppar/glas och ställ i kylen i 20-30 minuter. Toppa med hackade jordnötter och servera.

Och där var den smarriga moussen. Ska jag testa om jag hittar fast tofu här i skogen... :) Kram!
ReplyDeleteJa, den är så god. Du kunde testa med silkentofu, men då kan det vara att du behöver mindre vätska. Kram!
