Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Jag äter gärna plättar när som helst på dygnet, jag tycker att de passar lika bra som frukost som till kvällsbit. Glass är gott till, så även bär. 

Så var det fredag igen, roligt! Vad har du för planer till helgen? Vi skall fixa vår balkong redo för sommaren och det ser jag fram emot och så blir det nog fika på något trevligt café. Ha det bra!

I like to eat pancakes at any time of the day, I think they go just as well as breakfast as an evening snack. Serve them with ice cream or berries.

So it's Friday again, fun! What are your plans for the weekend? We are going to make our balcony ready for the summer and I'm really looking forward to that and we will probably go to some nice café for coffee. Have a good one!


Chocolate Protein Pancakes
3-4 pcs

25 g protein powder, Muscletech phase 8
70 g egg whites
1 tbsp quark
1 tbsp cocoa powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
sweetener of choice

Stir all the ingredients in a bowl. Heat a skillet with coconut oil and fry the pancakes for about 4 minutes on each side. 


Choklad Proteinpannkakor
3-4 st

25 g proteinpulver, Muscletech phase 8
70 g äggvita
1 msk kvarg
1 msk kakaopulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
nypa salt
sötningsmedel enligt smak

Rör alla ingredienser i en skål. Hetta upp en stekpanna med kokosolja och stek pannkakorna ca 4 minuter på varje sida.
