I have baked for a long time only gluten-free and sugar-free because I think it's fun to challenge myself and to try new things, not because I'm allergic or something. But now it was time to bake muffins using white wheat flour, coconut sugar, and chocolate chips. Delicious!
Chocolate Muffins
5 pcs
1 egg
1 dl coconut sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 dl creme fraiche
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 dl flour
0.5 dl cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 dl chocolate chips
Whisk together the egg and sugar. Add oil, creme fraiche and stir. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined. Divide the batter between 5 muffin cups and bake at 175 C degrees for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of one comes out free of wet batter.
Chokladmuffins
5 st
1 ägg
1 dl kokossocker
2 msk olja
1 dl creme fraiche
1 tsk vanilj
1 1/4 dl mjöl
0,5 dl kakaopulver
1 tsk bakpulver
nypa salt
1 dl chokladchips
Vispa ihop ägg och socker. Tillsätt olja, creme fraiche och rör om. Tillsätt resten av ingredienserna och rör om tills blandat. Fördela smeten mellan 5 muffinsformar och grädda i 175 C grader i ca 15 minuter.
