Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Även om jag gillar kvarg till frukost, så vill jag ibland variera mig och då tycker jag att plättar är gott. Gärna proteinrika med bär som topping. Vanligen gör jag dessa proteinplättar, men idag blev det dessa gjorda på grynost. Mycket goda och har man inte proteinpulver kan man nog utesluta det. 

I like to eat quark for breakfast, but sometimes it's nice to have something else instead and that's when I make pancakes. I like protein-rich pancakes topped with berries. Usually I do these protein pancakes, but today I made these using cottage cheese. Very delicious and if you don't have protein powder you can make them without it.



Grynostplättar

120 g grynost
1 äggvita
1 msk proteinpulver, kanel
0,5 msk fberhusk

Mixa allt med en stavmixer. Värm en stekpanna med kokosolja och stek 3-4 plättar på svag värme ca 4 minuter på båda sidor. Servera med t.ex bär.



Cottage Cheese Pancakes

120 g cottage cheese
1 egg white
1 tbsp protein powder, cinnamon
0.5 tbsp fiber husks

Mix everything with a hand blender. Heat a frying pan with coconut oil and fry 3-4 pancakes on low heat for about 4 minutes on each side. Serve with eg berries.
