I was glad I had made a larger batch of protein balls when we packed and cleaned prior to the move. Easy to take one or more from the fridge when you need to replenish energy, and that's really needed when moving. It really is a lot to organize, and I am each time surprised how much stuff we have.
Vanilla-Mocha Protein Bliss Balls
1 dl vanilla protein powder (Muscletech Phase 8)
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp peanut butter
2.5 tbsp coffee or water
1 tsp coconut oil
pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and shape into balls. Store in the fridge.
1 dl vaniljproteinpulver (Muscletech Phase 8)
2 msk mandelmjöl
1 msk jordnötssmör
2,5 msk kaffe eller vatten
1 tsk kokosolja
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och forma till bollar. Förvara i kylen.
