Chocolate Cake with coconut sugar

Chokladkaka är aldrig fel och det tackar jag sällan nej till. Och är den dessutom lite nyttigare är det bara ett plus. Jag gjorde kakan glutenfri och använde mandel- och kokosmjöl. 

Chocolate cake is never wrong and something I seldom refuse. And if it's also a little healthier, it is only a good sign. I made the cake gluten free and used almond flour and coconut flour.


Chokladkaka med kokossocker
2 st

1 ägg
1 dl kokossocker
0,5 tsk vaniljessens
2 msk kokosolja
3/4 dl mandelmjöl
1,5 msk kokosmjöl
1,5 msk kakao
en nypa salt

Blanda ihop ägg, kokossocker och vanilj i en skål. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser. Häll smeten i två silikonformar (á 7cm i diameter) och grädda i 175 C i 10 minuter. Låt svalna innan servering. 


Chocolate Cake with coconut sugar
2 pcs

1 egg
1 dl coconut sugar
0.5 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp coconut oil
3/4 dl almond flour
1.5 tbsp coconut flour
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
a pinch of salt

Mix together egg, coconut sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour batter into two silicon molds (á 7cm in diameter) and bake at 175 C for 10 minutes. Let cool before serving.
