On the weekend we like to have pancakes for breakfast and these have become our favorites. They are good as such, but gladly top them with warm berries. I have made these pancakes with chocolate protein powder as well and they are also yummy.
Vanilla Protein Pancakes
50 g cream cheese
0.5 dl almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Musletech Phase 8)
pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a hand blender. Heat a skillet with coconut oil and fry 5-6 pancakes golden brown on both sides.

o,5 dl mandelmjöl
1 skopa vaniljproteinpulver (Musletech Phase 8)
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål med en stavmixer. Hetta upp en stekpanna med kokosolja och stek 5-6 pannkakor gyllenbruna på båda sidor.
