If you have a donut pan is fine to do donuts in the oven. They get a little healthier than frying them in oil. These, however, would not be successful to deep fry in oil as this batter is suitable to be baked in the oven. And if you don't have a donut pan use muffin cups instead.
Baked Chocolate Doughnuts

1 flax-egg
3/4 dl coconut sugar (1/3 cup)
0,5 dl almond flour (1/4 cup)
0,5 dl whole wheat flour (1/4 cup)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
1-2 tbsp chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 180C. Make the flax-egg by mixing 1 tbsp
of flaxseed meal with 2,5 tbsp water, put in the fridge for 15 minutes. To the
flax-egg add coconut sugar and whisk with a spoon for 30 seconds. Add the
flours, cocoa powder coconut oil and chocolate chips. Pipe the batter into a
greased mini doughnut pan and bake for 10 minutes. Drizzle with melted
chocolate.
Bakade Chokladdonitser

1 linfrö-ägg
3/4 dl kokossocker
0,5 dl mandelmjöl
0,5 dl fullkornsmjöl
2 msk kakaopulver
1 msk kokosolja
1-2 msk chokladbitar
Sätt ugnen på 180C. Gör lin-ägget genom att blanda 1 msk
linfrömjöl med 2,5 msk vatten, ställ i kylen i 15 minuter. Till linfrö-ägget
tillsätt kokossocker och vispa med en sked i 30 sekunder. Tillsätt båda mjölen,
kakao, kokosolja och choklad. Spritsa smeten i en smord mini donitsform och
grädda i 10 minuter. Dekorera med smält choklad.
