The bread in yesterday's post was this seed bread, which I have made vegan, by using flaxseed eggs instead of eggs. This was a very good bread and with a bite that I like.
Seed Bread, Gluten-Free and Vegan
adapted from here
3 flax eggs (3 tbsp flaxseed meal + 6 tbsp water, let stand
for 15 minutes)
100 g almond flour
100 sesame seeds
100 g flax seeds
100 g sunflower seeds
50 g pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 dl water
1 1/4 tsp salt
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a greased loaf
pan or cake pan. Bake at 160 C for 1 hour.
Fröbröd, Gluten-fritt och Vegan
3 linfröägg (3 msk linfrömjöl+ 6 msk vatten, låt stå i 15
minuter)
100 g mandelmjöl
100 sesamfrön
100 g linfrön
100 g solrosfrön
50 g pumpafrön
2 msk chiafrön
1 dl vatten
1 1/4 tsk salt
Blanda ihop alla ingredienser. Häll i en smord brödform
eller kakform. Baka i 160 C 1 timme.
