Strawberry Pear Almond Smoothie

Jag gör gärna smoothie till frukost eller mellanmål. Man kan blanda nästan vad som helst i en smoothie, ta det du har hemma, det brukar alltid bli gott.

I like smoothies for breakfast or as a afternoon snack. You can mix just about anything in a smoothie, take what your have at home, it usually always turns out good.


Strawberry Pear Almond Smoothie

10 strawberries, frozen
1 pear, chopped
1 dl almond milk (1/2 cup)
splash of almond extract

Mix everything together in a blender and pour into a glass and serve.


Jordgubb-Päron Mandelsmoothie

10 jordgubbar, frysta
1 päron, hackad
1 dl mandelmjölk
stänk av mandelextrakt

Blanda ihop allt i en mixer och häll upp i glas och servera.
