A tasty wrap with few ingredients and spices. Sometimes you do not need many ingredients to make something delicious. It's Friday again, in the beginning of the week we were in Finland, where fall was already on its way. In Amsterdam, we still have around 17 degrees, which feels very good. Vegetarian
Wrap
1 dl
mushrooms
1 shredded
carrot
a handful of
kale
salt
pepper
chili
tomato slices
multigrain
tortilla
In a skillet,
sauté sliced mushrooms and carrots for 2 minutes. Add the kale and sauté until
wilted. Season to taste. Put the mushroom-kale mixture in a tortilla with
tomato slices and wrap it up.
Grönsaks Wrap
1 dl svamp
En strimlad
morot
en handfull
grönkål
salt
peppar
chili
tomatskivor
tortilla wrap
I en
stekpanna, stek skivade champinjoner och morötter i 2 minuter. Tillsätt grönkål
och fräs en liten stund. Krydda efter smak. Sätt svamp-grönkålblandningen i en
tortilla med tomatskivor och rulla ihop.
