Soy bolognese is a sauce I never get tired of, and together with pasta is childhood for me :) To this sauce it's easy to add various vegetables, as they blend into the sauce. Maybe a tip for parents who want to get kids to eat more vegetables.
Soy Bolognese
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 small zucchini, grated
1 small yellow pepper, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 can diced tomato
500 ml tomato passata
honey
salt
peppar
basil
2 dl soy granules, soaked
Fry onion and garlic in some oil.
Add the zucchini, pepper and tomato paste. Fry for 5 minutes. Then add the
tomatoes. Let cook for 20 minutes. Add the soy, honey and season to taste.
Serve with pasta and grated cheese.
Soja Bolognese
1 lök, hackad
1 vitlöksklyfta, hackad
1 liten zucchini, riven
1 liten gul paprika, hackad
1 msk tomatpuré
1 burk tärnad tomat
500 ml passerad tomat
honung
salt
peppar
basilika
2 dl sojagranulat, blötlagd
Fräs lök och vitlök i lite olja.
Tillsätt zucchini, paprika och tomatpuré. Stek i 5 minuter. Tillsätt sedan
tomaterna. Låt småkoka i 20 minuter. Tillsätt soja, honung och krydda efter
smak. Servera med pasta och riven ost.

DeleteSå gott! Fyller också ut min sojafärssås med zucchini och paprika och ibland åker morötter ner också. Perfekt lunchlådemat att ha på lut i frysen.
